faith -- confiance/foi

Faith is like a fertile field: any instruction planted will grow. Faith is like a wishfulfilling gem: it yields the blessing to accomplish whatever one pursues.  Faith is like a world ruler: it upholds the kingdom of the Dharma.  Faith is like a strong castle: it will stand the disturbing emotions of self and other.  Faith is like a bridge or a boat: it allows you to cross the ocean of samsara.  Faith is like a rope dangling into an abyss: it pulls you out of the lower realms.  Faith is like a healing physician: it eliminates the chronic disease of the five poisons.  Faith is like a powerful escort: it leads you safely  through the perils of samsara.

La confiance/foi est comme un champ fertile: tout instruction plantée se développera.  La confiance/foi est comme une gemme exauçant les souhaits: elle accorde la bénédiction d'accomplir tout ce que nous recherchons. La confiance/foi est comme un empereur: elle fait respecter le royaume du Dharma. La confiance/foi est comme un château fort:  elle tient en respect les émotions perturbatrices dualistes. La confiance/foi est comme un pont ou un bateau: elle te permet de traverser l'océan du samsara. La confiance/foi est comme une corde pendant au-dessus d'un abysse: elle te tire des royaumes inférieurs. La confiance/foi est comme un médecin: elle élimine les maladies chroniques des cinq poisons. La confiance/foi est comme une escorte puissante: elle te guide en sécurité à travers les périls du samsara.
